"Not too bad area most of the time quiet with the odd party"
Crozier St is not a bad street most houses are neat and tidy and are owned privatley. Most of the time it is quiet except for nearing of school holidays with the kids taking days off school and hanging around in the reserve or near the school which can be annoying.
People are friendly which is great and house prices are nicely priced.
