Hi,
Probably the biggest advantages Curlewis offers are it’s bayside location, affordability and close proximity to Geelong. With all the necessary amenities including schools and shops nearby, it is now a well-serviced suburb and offers a reasonable entry point, usually starting around $450,000 for a smaller house. Like most of the Bellarine Peninsula, it has a low crime rate and is regarded as very safe. I can’t provide any obvious negatives - only that some buyers that prefer more established areas may gravitate toward Drysdale or Clifton Springs, instead of looking in a newer estate, but that comes back to personal preference. Hope that helps! Kind regards, Lee Martin - Bellarine Property
