Those of us that live here love the natural beauty and the trees and a bit of effort to clean your gutters out is a small price to pay for living in this unique estate. Houses are varied and all have a half acre of land, some are more heavily treed than others which is due to the original land that was a choco farm.There are two small lakes and a nature trail that runs through 10 acres of natural bush with a small creek. Plenty of wildlife and brids here and most residents are careful to preserve the beauty of this area. I am a long term resident and very happy to call this place home.
