"Plenty of space, easy highway access"
Mostly 3/4 acre blocks so you're not living on top of your neighbours. The extra space gives a relaxed feel. Average amount of traffic but noise does not encroach on the tranquility.
Just a quick 5 minute drive from shops, pubs, supermarkets, public transport, doctors, vet, video store. Weather is excellent and mosquitos are not overwhelming in summer like some of the swampier surrounding suburbs.
With the extra space comes a sense of remoteness that seems to deter hooligans, delinquents and other such nonsense.
