"Clean family street"
Dahlen Place is a reasonably quiet street with a few rental properties in it. The ones with owners in them take pride in their homes and like to have a quiet street. It is great for families with the street being a long court with only 1 way in and out.
Most of the current residents in the street are friendly and willing to give a hand to anyone, but like most streets, there are the rental which have young adults in them who have no respect for rest of the street.
Overall the street is a fantastic place to live and has a great resale value for the home owner for years to come.
