Where is the nearest public primary school?
what public schools are near darling downs. If I was to buy in this area what rental return could I expect is there a market for people wishing to rent 1 acre properties? we are looking to buy but can not move into the property for a year or so.

Mari Grove Primary School in Larsen Road Byford on the southern side of the Darling Downs suburb. The closest on the northern boundary is Gwynne Park Primary in Tijuana Road Brookdale.
Regarding the rental aspect being a acre property will just be clients wanting a bit of space around them, lifestyle aspect or maybe even a horse or other applicable animal/s. I only found one property is 53 Gloaming Way per week 730 (3x2)
