"Most homes directly on the waterfront"
Smaller blocks however the homes are still on the riverbank
Not officially a suburb of the Gold coast, however part of Surfers Paradise, pain to get over the bridge sometimes however the island has a mix of older homes, newer homes and amazing riverfront properties. Nice areas nearby and on Cronin Island which are set aside for parks/landscaping.

"South east of the island"
