Reviews of Sunset Boulevard, Surfers Paradise
Looking for a home in Sunset Boulevard?
"Sunset Bvd, surprisingly quiet when so close to the the hub of Surfers"
This area is surprisingly quiet considering it is just a leisurely stroll to the hub of Surfers, shopping, cafes, restaurants and the beach. It has a scattering of parks overlooking the river where you can fish or just unwind at the end of a day. Sunset Bvd is quite ecclectic.....from your original long term residents to overseas students, young waterfront families to Baby Boomer villa dwellers. If you are there for longer than a visit you will get to know and enjoy the local identities out walking their pets or enjoying a morning stroll and like the locals you will love this little peninsula. This really is an undiscovered little pocket!

"Great place for active singles and couples who enjoy CBD life"
Close to Surfers Paradise city all the shops and night life supermarkets and good public transport and the beach is a short walk away 7 minutes. Catch the bus to Broadbeach or Southport and soon we will have the light transit taking us from Bond uni to Helensvale.New Soul beachfront development and Hilton hotel will change the vibe in the city and attract a more affluent tourist. I have been here 16 years and love its quiet inner city vibe. Many student renters combine with million dollar river front homes. Many residents have lived down this area for more 20 years, there's even great recreational fishing in the river along Watson Esplanade. some crap units up near Leonard Avenue but over time will change. Check it out.
