Moving to darwin

Darwin Region is located in the state of Northern Territory.

I'm looking at moving to Darwin with my son who will be 18, I currently work with autistic adults and would be looking for full time work and accommodation in a costal area. Any advice would be appreciated.

Housing prices are going down in some areas in Darwin, if you want a home outside of the CBD but still near shops and services, I'd recommend areas like Bakewell, Rosebery, Bellamack or Durack. If you want to spend the extra money, you can get lovely homes on big lots in areas like Fannie Bay, these suburbs are right near the beach and offer community events such as Parap Markets!
