Cullen Bay is a fantastic suburb! You have a fantastic beach right on your doorstep with great views and plenty of space to relax. There are plenty of choices for dining out along the marina, including buffets! I highly recommend Seafood on Cullen for families.

There are a number of homes and apartments available nearby. They all have great views of the beach or water. Most homes also feature personal boat ramps to store your boats on the water. If you need to get your boat onto dry land, there are spots along Cullen Bay Crescent to do that.

If your home has a very high value, it may take a bit longer to sell depending on the condition. Units sell very fast!

There is Larrakeyah Primary School, Darwin Middle School and Darwin High School nearby, these are all fantastic quality schools and I have never had an issue!

Some streets can be quite narrow, 2 large vehicles trying to pass each other is a bit of a struggle, but luckily, Cullen Bay's streets aren't that busy!

There is plenty of space to walk your pets and plenty of parks and recreation nearby. You are also near the Darwin CBD which offers shopping choices and attractions such as Darwin Waterfront and Croc Cove.

Mitchell Street and surrounds offer nightclubs and bars which are quite busy on Friday's and Saturday's!

Cullen bay offers some local shops but they are mostly aimed at tourism.
