Deception Bay a safe, warm and quiet community????
Looking at moving to the sunshine coast. We come from a very small rural community of 350 people in total. aWould love to know what deception bay is like to live in. we have 3 small children 2 of which would be going to primary school. What are the schools like and what is the nature of the community in deception bay???

There is a neighbourhood centre in Deception Bay dbnc.org.au
They offer school holiday activities, choir group, hip hop, drama, men’s shed, ‘My Time’ for Grandparents, morning coffee group.
Additionally, a youth centre exists dbcyp.org.au
- Young parents program
- Employment and training
There are several reviews from people that currently live in the suburb a the link below. It seems employment options are limited in the area, particularly for young people. www.homely.com.au/deception-bay-caboolture-brisbane-queensland
