Deception Bay townhouses
Only looking at present for my retirement in four years time - just getting ideas, How much would body corporate fees be and council rates for townhouses in gated communities (around $240K) in Deception Bay

Hey Barbara, I have a townhouse for sale at the moment at 70/17 Cunningham Street, Deception Bay. It has been fully renovated and $225k purchases it. Rates are around $1000 per year and body corp is around $3000. Water is extremely cheap as it is not individually metered, their last water bill was $211. We had a rental appraisal on the property and it was $320 per week.
