Deception Bay, QLD 4508 is located within the Caboolture local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.

The top half of Higgs Street is industrial / commercial but the lower end moves back into residential. From what I understand it's not a bad area, but please do your research before you commit. There are some really lovely parts of Deception Bay and surrounding areas. Write up your 'wish list' first and then see how many ticks you can put next to the list in all parts of the Bay.
