Moving to DC from NSW Jan 5th
I will be renting from Gallery Group in Deception Bay from Jan 5th. They built houses in all of Plant and Bisschop streets. They all look the same as they are for renters called co-living where everything is organised and set-up to just move in on your own with your own lease for your own bedroom.
Does anyone know anything about these developments ie not managed well, tenants are trouble, are the houses all finished, do they look nice, have the local scum damaged them or graffitied them or anything else negative or super-positive?
I signed lease already unseen except for videos, pics and numerous phone calls and texts.
I am on the Age Pension and want stability as a renter. I can lease there for 5 years and beyond.
