Loads of buses leave from local shopping centre. Nearest train station would be Narangba but I thinkPetrie is better. Just get there early before all the parks are taken. A railway station is coming to Rothwell currently being built though not sure when it will be finished. Deception Bay is the last of the underdeveloped waterfront in se qld. It is unreal.
