"Affordable yet priceless"
Iluka is close to public and private primary and high schools, supermarkets and cinemas. Joondalup shopping centre is a 5 minute drive away. The beach is at your doorstep and there are walking paths along the beach. Iluka is surrounded with fantastic parks and pathways. Public transport is around the corner and the freeway is only 5 minute drive away. Great area to live. No need to go far for anything. It's all so close.
