"Peaceful, best of both worlds ...close to all amenities yet decent size blocks"
We have lived here close to 15 years and don't anticipate ever leaving. Offering privacy, great neighbors ( hope they never move), safe family atmosphere without the hustle and bustle of the smaller subdivisions, and plenty of bird life coming from the reservoir site behind us. Don't need sea views when you have the constant activity of the birds, possums, and lizards. Wish more homes would come on the market in the area so my kids to get into this great neighborhood
