"Peaceful low density living"
Beautiful widelife in this quiet and peaceful location. Great schools in local area. Sweetwater Creek is great for recreational walking. Easy walking distance to Overport reserve and local sporting & art facilities. Shopping at nearby MtEliza is very "chic". Very rustic, low maintenance gardens with lots of established trees. Most houses are set on very large low density blocks.

"Quiet & rustic"
A very private and quiet location. Eumeralla Crt is a cul de sac that backs onto Sweetwater creek reserve. Most allotments are 3000sqm or larger. Walking distance to Derinya Primary School. Most local houses were built around the 1970's and are of contempory style.
