"An all round great location"
Menzies Close is tucked away a little up Oliver's Hill providing spectacular views of Port Phillip Bay for select properties. It's only a short stroll to Frankston beach as well as Frankston's beautiful Sweetwater Creek where you can enjoy family time, exercise & much more. Menzies Close also provides a lovely community feel which makes it great for young families, singles & the elderly.
