Hi Tameka
If I was buying an investment property in Devonport I would be looking at the areas within walking distance to our schools, the northern end of town around James St, Percy St, North St are always popular with families because of their close proximity to St Brendan Shaw College, close to the CBD is great as well, you could consider North Fenton St, Parker St, Gunn St, Wenvoe St and surrounds. Miandetta is also popular with tenants. There are some really solid investments across the whole city though.
LJ Hooker Devonport will be a good contact for your property management needs - Tennille is known for her very fair and just management skills. Communication is paramount and with inspection and maintenance processes that are very transparent your property will be looked after like it is their own.
