Is Diamond Creek a fire prone area?

I recently renovated and our fire rating came back as low. Might depend more on where in Diamo you are. I believe Eltham and Warrandyte are considered more fire prone than Diamond Creek.

The area is surrounded by trees making it a fire prone area. In order to make your property fire safe, it is a good idea to ensure that the gutters are cleaned on a regular basis and the trees surrounding your property are cut back and all the dry leaves and debris are regularly removed.

Not as much as the surrounding bush land like Hurstbridge and Kinglake but it could certainly be considered in the bush fire zone
