"Private & friendly"
You have neighbors although they are not in ear shot/ all on 5 acre blocks. Everyone goes about their lives and you usually just see your neighbors in passing, usually on the road. There are a few families with young kids but mainly older retirees who aren't nosy. The road is quiet enough to let our kids go for runs/ walks on their own without a worry. Couldnt ask for a better street. Lovely part of the world, picture perfect.
