"Friendly locals, Beach a few steps away - why live anywhere else!"
When everyone in the neighbourhood knows each other by name this a good sign that this is a great neighbourhood. Which only makes the area a much more desirable location in which to live and bring up families or retire to. The beach location is enhanced by the friendly neighbours. There is a lot to do within a short walk or cycle - the beach, parks, a local store, cafe and restaurants, gym with pool and tennis courts. As well as established small towns a 3 minute drive away.
