I'm moving here because it's affordable, but the neighborhood leaves something to be desired. That's okay.

Who has the scoop?

What neighborhood would you say this is? It seems on the border of Flatbush and East Flatbush and just south of Prospect Leffert Gardens.

Area still has its share of crime, but it's upcoming. And It's closer to Flatbush. Most people consider Nostrand ave or Utica ave the seperation between Flatbush and East flatbush.
