Flatbush / Ditmas Park, New York null is located within the Brooklyn local government area, part of the New York City Region in undefined.

I'm looking at a street with a lot of apartment buildings. I have walked around in the fall and winter and it seems quiet, but I imagine it is pretty busy in the summer. I'd love any thoughts on that part of the neighborhood.
