Hi Karin,
Round about answer as this depends on size, number of bedrooms, view of the water or of the car park. Good rule at the moment is get a quote on size of apartment you want and then suggest 10% less as a solid offer on what price you are given for lease. At this time of year many foreign students are heading home and vacancies soar. Also contrary to advice rentals are experiencing downward pressure. So without giving figures I hope this helps.
