Docklands, VIC 3008 is located within the Melbourne local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
I am looking to buy a 2 bedroom apartment in Docklands or Southbank for investment purposes. Do you think it's a wise move?

I have a couple landlord's who have purchased investments in the Docklands and there are both positive and negatives involved. At the moment there is not enough demand vs the supply of properties. There are hundreds of vacant apartments at the Docklands so if you were to purchase an investment try to aim for the townhouses that are along the waters edge.
