"Excellent location, close to CBD and park and lakes"
Great location for family living. Very good Primary Schools close by. Parks and lake an easy walk. The CBD and train station only 5 minutes walk. Bunnings, Aldi supermarket and Cafe's all close by.
An excellent area to live in Ballarat. We love it.
