I am looking at a rental house on Iowa Ave in Colorado Springs... is this a good neighborhood?
Downtown / Central Colorado Springs, Colorado null is located within the Colorado Springs local government area, part of the El Paso County Region in undefined.
It is just me, my boyfriend, and our dog - wondering if this is a safe neighborhood to live in? The address is 222.5 Iowa Ave.

It's just my opinion, but that address lies between the good and the bad, kind of a middle ground if you will. I myself wouldn't hesitate living there if I didn't have kids (I just think there are better areas for kids). There are nicer areas but they will cost a lot more. There are worse areas that wouldn't cost as much. Overall, I'd say go for it if you like the feel of it. Good luck!

Thanks BroncoFan! Just the two of us, no kids. Hoping we can move out of that area after we save some money. I just wanted to make sure we weren't setting ourselves up to get mugged or robbed.
