Drummond Street, Wynn Vale, SA 5127

Drummond Street connects Ridgeway Court to Ashton Place. With a tiny six properties all coming in below the 500sqm land area, I would recommend Drummond Street would suit singles, couples and perhaps retirees as there is not alot of space. The tiny villas and conventional homes could prove perfect for the retired couple.

I lived on Drummond Street for about 2 years and loved the location, with the parks and all the amenities you could ask for close by.

Drummond Street is a stones throw away from a park with a playground and a large dam where you can feed the ducks and even spot the odd Pelican. There is a horse stable right next to the dam where there are about 4 friendly horses that come to say hello when you walk by.

Drummond Street is about a 5 minute drive to the local Village Shopping complex. There is a huge variety of shops, great for retail therapy or just for the grocery shopping.

Drummond Street is also a short walk to Pedare Christian College, Gleeson College and Golden Grove High Schools. There is a swimming centre close by and a 5 minute drive to many fast food outlets.

It is about a 5 minute drive to the Village Tavern, Fasta Pasta, Barnacle Bills and Green Ginger restaurant.

Overall I think that Drummond Street is a great place to live.
