"Great for the family or those wanting central location.."

East Gosford is located between Erina and Gosford. It is a great suburb for families or those wanting to be centrally located without being right in Gosford. The main street offer cafes and boutique shops along with The Elanora Hotel, bakery, IGA and bottleshop.
There are multiple schools in the area. The suburb has a friendly and relaxed vibe with multiple well-maintained footpaths for walking.

"One of the best suburbs on the coast"

East Gosford is a very attractive suburb for those that are wanting to enjoy the cosmopolitan lifestyle, it has some of the best cafes the Central Coast has to offer plus boutique shopping. Some streets of East Gosford offer fantastic water views plus homes right on the water with there own jetty. The area is a well established area with beautiful older homes & gorgeous new homes. The area has recently become popular with the older generation as the area has seen a big growth in townhouses & villas which is ideal for someone downsizing. The other attraction is not only the lifestyle but also the location. The area is fairly flat letting the residents get out and about enjoying the surroundings. East Gosford also has some on the best primary schools on the coast public & private. East Gosford is ideal for people, young, old, families, singles...

"Trendy and Convenient Location"

East Gosford is a trendy suburb filled with cafe's and boutique shops. It is situated on Central Coast only 10-15 minute drive to Terrigal beach and only a 5 minute drive to Erina Fair Shopping Centre. It has many great parks and sporting ovals as well as quiet well landscaped streets.

No industry here except building. Statistically speaking Sydney has much more work. Erina fair is near enough and a multitude of shops. BUSES only public transport and their is no taxi stand.
