The Airport is easily accessible to East Vic Park so prices would be affected, however the short radiius to the inner city is definately of benefit as well.

Oh and ofcourse the shops, cafe strip and curtin uni depending on your location.

Probably more so in Vic Park and Burswood, our positives are more related to the proximity of the CBD.
