Is Hubert Street a good place to live these days? Nice parks?

I've sold a couple of homes in Hubert St, and both Buyers are really happy with their homes and the location. The strip between Miller St and Dane St is quite popular given its proximity to the cafe' strip and the mix of lovely character homes. There are parks local to Hubert St, but it would depend on where you buy as it is quite a long street.
