Which is the best street in East Victoria Park?

In my opinion, the best streets are the streets between Berwick and Albany Hwy, like Willis, Westminister and Langler. Also, the streets between Albany and Shepperton Road are also very good, (Swansea and Hubert) but only between Miller and Dane Street. Hubert St between Dane st and Oats Street is pretty rough. Some part around Kate street reserve is nice as well.
As long as you stay west of Shepperton road, and east of Berwick street and north of Dane Street you'll be fine. There isn't much Homeswest in that area.
