Moving to Echuca/Moama with a family

Hi there. My family and I are looking to move to Echuca from NZ. I have read posts about Echuca and it looks like a lovely place yo live with friendly people. Can someone please tell me the areas/streets to live in and the areas/streets to stay away from? Our children are aged 6 and 2 so will be wanting to enrol them in a local school and chilcare centre. Any thoughts on these would also be helpful. Also, Moama was mentioned in a few posts. Is this a place we should consider to move to? How does it work being a different state, are there any restrictions with regards to schooling, public services?

We live in Moama but both work in Echuca and our children go to school in Echuca too. There are no issues working / living across the two states.
Our youngest was at goodstart in Moama for childcare before he started school which was great, but there are plenty of good childcare centres in Echuca too.

Hi There, Echuca & Moama are twin towns with Echuca in Victoria and Moama across the river in NSW. Both towns are ideal for families with plenty to do and see. I currently live in Echuca and my kids go the school in Moama so to my knowledge there is no problem there. Both towns enjoy a variety of different areas, prices and land sizes. I work at Ray White Real Estate in Echuca and if I can be of any further assistance please don't hesitate to contact me anytime on 0419 388 802 or email [email protected]
