"On To Armidale"
After crossing the railway line (level crossing) Belgrave Street becomes Elbow Street for a short distance before it heads towards Armidale as River Street. On the Elbow Street section you will find a lot of commercial premises, and most notably the Kempsey Council Chambers, and Library. The road is wide, and traffic is rarely a problem.
