"Close to Everything"
Ellison Rd Geebung isa great place to live. It is a 5 minute walk from the Mountains to Mangroves Walk which combines Marchant Park and 7th Brigade Park whcih has walking tracks, children's playgorunds, Sportsgrounds and even an off-leash Dog Park.
There are 2 schools in the region as well as 2 train stations and the Bus service winds through geebung and onto the Chermside Interchange 2 kms away. The Shopping, and what shopping it is, at Chermside shopping centre is fantastic. There is everything for all tastes from groceries to high fashion. remember to get there early on weekends to get undercover parking.
While Ellison Rd can be busy at peak times, it is certainly less busy that other East-West Roads ( like Hamilton Rd and Rode Rd) as it doesn't go directly through to Sandgate Rd. I have found it a delightful area to live
