"friendly street good for familys"
piccadilly street is nice the people are friendly,lots of birdlife.nice street to walk the dog.quiet on weekends.bit of traffic on weekdays.hairdresser on the corner reasonable prices.within walking distance to state and catholic primary schools.handy to shops and train.
