"Lovely Elm Street"
Situated in the heart of Bayswater, Elm Street is only minutes from Knox Westfield, Eastlink and major arterials.
I'm Property Manager in Bayswater and find this a great pocket for investors to buy in because its always in demand as tenants love the central location as its walking distance to the Bayswater train station, Bayswater shops (Coles, Wollies + speciality shops) and Bayswater Primary School.
