"Wake up to the birdlife by lake."
Elmsfield St is a small street that curves around by a lake and parklands. Recently the estate of Belgravia was built fronting on to this street further around the corner - also facing the lake. If I could live here I would! We used to walk there every day for years and could hear the birds from where we lived. The street itself is a little busy now due to people driving into the Belgravia area and it does run off Hardey Rd, so that is a little bit of a down side. The other down side is the sporting oval at the other end - on weekends there is an incredible amount of shouting from there!
Pros
- Birdlife at the park.
- Lake and park at your doorstep.
Cons
- Noise from the sports oval.
- Busy traffic on Hardey Rd.
