Elwood, VIC 3184 is located within the Port Phillip local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Can anybody tell me the worst areas for subsidence issues please? A lot of estate agents want me to make unconditional offers which seems unethical given the area is built on clay and a swamp. Many thanks
