"A very small Court where everyone looks out for each other."
Tidy properties, and a number of residents at home during the day which makes it great for security.
Not a lot of street parking is available. Peaceful atmosphere.

BTW, This Court is only 3 minutes walking distance from two Primary and one Secondary School.
It's close to Public Transport with a bus stop nearby and a Train Station is about five minutes drive away.
The Hampton Park shopping Centre is within an easy walk along with the Public Library. The South Gippsland Highway is only two minutes away, so this makes it an easy drive into the City, Dandenong or down to Philip Island.
