"Beware of renting"
we rented a house in The Eyrie for a year till Dec. 09. Beware of renting a house with the owner over the back fence. The worst rental experience of our lives. Though we were quiet, paid our rent on time and got along well with other neighbours, we were harrassed the whole year. What did we learn? Always make sure the landlord isn't too local!
