"Quiet Area, friendly family community suburb"
I have lived on this street for over 20 years and am sadly moving away interstate to retire.
The neighbourhood is just lovely and the whole 20 years i have lived here, i have never had one problem.
There are 2 gyms also close by and parks for the children and pets.
There are two primary schools located on this street and not far, a public high school.
Plenty of shopping and so much to do. I highly recomment the suburb of Gray and Emery Avenue

"This street has won 2 years in a row, best street in Palmerston"
Also good for young families as there are 2 primary schools on this street and the high school is about 1km away. Local corner shops, one in woodroffe and one in gray are also approx 1km away from the unit complex. Only located 3kms from the main shops in Palmerston.
