Flood risk
The flood risk seems pretty high living along the Nepean river. Says 1 in 5 chance of low floods in 80yr lifetime on the SES website. Any locals of emu plains can attest to these stats? Where would be a safe zone but keep travelling time to the river under 30mins drive?

Hi Emm,
I have a property located not too far back from the river and the water didn't reach here when we were in the middle of the worst floods last year.
