"BEST AGENT EVER"
Nicole was an absolute delight! Nicole made the process of buying our first home and absolute breeze. Nicole is genuinely the one personable real estate agent we had come across during our process of buying our first home. Could not recommend Nicole and Merrick Property Group ENOUGH! "Our experience with Nicole"
Nicole was great! We really enjoyed her ability to be professional and at the same time personal. We visited the property a couple of times before purchasing and found Nicole to be helpful with out feeling any pressure to make a decision. "Merrick did all the work"
Nicole from Merrick Property Group was extremely concrete and concise from start to finish. Communication was always a priority with Nicole, all questions and concerns were answered and dealt with promptly. The video, photographs and review of the property made the house look a million dollars and the sale went through quickly and smoothly and sold for more than I had expected. A great thanks to Nicole and a very professional team in making for a happy vendor, buyer and agent.

Nicole has amazing communication, we knew what was happening with our campaign throughout the whole process. Nicole goes above and beyond, she even jumped in and kept our pool cleaner working as we were not living in the house. Great advice about how to present the house. Everything was very professional, the staging, the video and the photos. Nicole helped during the offering process, giving us advice from her professional experience while respecting our voice and needs. I liked that Nicole was genuine throughout the whole process, and worked hard to make sure we were happy and that the purchaser was fairly represented. I would highly recommend giving Nicole a chance to sell your property.
