"Merrick did all the work"
Nicole from Merrick Property Group was extremely concrete and concise from start to finish. Communication was always a priority with Nicole, all questions and concerns were answered and dealt with promptly. The video, photographs and review of the property made the house look a million dollars and the sale went through quickly and smoothly and sold for more than I had expected. A great thanks to Nicole and a very professional team in making for a happy vendor, buyer and agent.
