It's a peaceful suburb overall. Great to raise a family.
Like every suburb, it has its challenges - though by far, one of the best suburbs in the south east as you will find all kinds of folks living peacefully here

Of course there is a gang that operates through endeavour hills (not sure if active anymore they were as if 2019) but what most people don’t realise is how big endeavour hills is you can’t say just because u see nothing that nothing happened. Multiple shootings, robberies and stabbings last year but the government is just trying to gentrify the suburb so people forget about it

Not had any issues since we've moved here, it's always been pretty peaceful and we've been here close to five years. It seems from the media coverage the gangs normally target inner suburbs anyway. It's super peaceful.

Endeavour hills is among the highest rates of home invasions in southeast by a long shot actually

anthomely

Not sure when this was, but thankfully as of 2021, Endeavour Hills is actually less prone to Home Invasions even compared to safe suburbs like Ringwood. For people still seeing this, there is no worries in home invasions anymore (1 in 153 homes) which is better than the Victorian average, so its actually safer than usual with home invasions and burglary.
