Certainly is if you have young children. There are two Catholic primary schools that my kids attended to and there are few public schools too. I believe this suburb is ideal for a young family and house prices seem to be not over inflated yet.
Drive to city during off peak will take aproximately 25 minutes. ont rely on public transport which is not that frequent.
