"Epsom - The Up and Coming"
Epsom, a noprthern suberb of Bendigo is on the move. A new shopping centre and sports groung make the suberb more entising for the family and investor alike. Epsom is one of many growth corridors in Bendigo with heavy residential and commercial development. For investors it offers 5-6% rental returns and great potential growth due to the recent development. As an added bonus rental vacancy is reported to be at less than 1% with a strong rental market in Bendigo as a whole.
