Esmerelda Pss, Darch, WA 6065

I have lived in Darch for four years. There are four schools to chose from in the area. We live 7 minutes walking distance from Ashdale Primary School. Kingsway Shopping centre is 7 minutes by car and offers a variety of shops available. There is also two petrol stations to chose from at Kingsway Shops. There are several doctors surgeries available and a gym loacted at the shopping centre also. There are at least four parks available for the children to play at or a great place to walk the family dog. the neighbours are friendly but not nosey. I have heard of no burglars in Darch and feel very safe here. it is a great place to raise a family and would recommend it to anyone.

although a small and fairly new suburb Darch is lucky in it being only 13 km from the cbd and it's location places it within a short drive of three major shopping complexes. It's influx of young familes gives our area a fresh and vibrant feel for the future.Esmerelda pass is a short road laid back from any major road making it quiet overnight and on weekends.
